"We had such a great experience boarding Pumbaa and Pepper with Sharnie and Theo! From the beginning, they were incredibly friendly and welcoming. It was such a relief to have the option for a meet and greet beforehand, which really helped ease my concerns—especially since Pumbaa and Pepper haven’t done well in traditional kennels in the past. Sharnie and Theo genuinely made the effort to get to know both dogs and made them feel right at home. They kept me updated, letting me know how things were going, which gave me real peace of mind. It was clear they understood how to handle dogs that haven't been away from their owners that much. The biggest win for me was seeing how comfortable Pumbaa and Pepper were in their presence and it meant a lot. Their place is also super neat and welcoming, which just added to the sense of trust and care. I’d absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for a home away from home for their doggies.
