Our home is a calm, safe and happy place where dogs can relax, play and feel loved while their owners are away.We decided to become dog sitters partly because we wanted a lovely companion for our puppy Cooper, who is friendly and enjoys meeting other dogs. It brings us joy to create a warm and welcoming environment where dogs can socialise, play and feel at home.Our property is fully fenced with a good-sized backyard, giving the pups plenty of safe space to run around, explore and enjoy outdoor playtime. We always supervise them to make sure everyone is safe and comfortable.Because we understand that every dog has their own personality and needs, we take the time to make sure each guest feels relaxed and well cared for. I have had pets for as long as I can remember and enjoy the company of a fluffy companion. We had have cats, rabbits, a labrador and jack Russells.
We recently got a new family member, Poppet, a very friendly,loveable golden retriever puppy. She loves people and so far, seems to enjoy the company of other dogs.We have one five-year-old tortoiseshell cat at our own house so I'm well used to cats and have been on the opposite side of needing people to come in to check on our fur baby. During home visits, I make sure food and water are fresh, litter trays are cleaned, and your pet gets attention and care based on their personality. For dogs, I provide safe walks suited to their energy level and always ensure they are secure before and after each walk.
I follow your pet’s routine closely so they feel comfortable and experience as little disruption as possible while you’re away. I’m patient with shy pets and respectful of their space.
If anything unusual comes up, such as changes in behaviour or health concerns, I will contact you immediately and follow your instructions. I’m also happy to send regular photo updates for peace of mind.
I treat every home with respect and make sure everything is locked and secure after each visit.

Harry, my husband, and myself live in our own home in Te Atatu South.
This year we welcomed Maeve, a cavoodle who is now 9 months old into our family and home. Having her has opened up a whole new world to us &amp; we are obsessed with being dog parents! You'll now find us usually at the dog park, the beach, out for walks or in the back yard playing. 
We have a fully fenced section with plenty of room to play. Our home is set up for doggies to play &amp; snuggle with us freely in the living area or if they need their own space and time our garage &amp; laundry area is set up to be dog friendly with bedding and toys. 
We and Maeve loves the socialising she gets from going to doggy day care and for over night stays with our family and their dogs. We would love to have your doggy stay with us to play with our girl! 
Our home is quite small so we would feel best to have small dogs stay with us. Otherwise we are still open to any dog especially as Maevey loves playing with all dogs too!
