I'm located on the beautiful Herald Island in Auckland and work a lot from home! Our property backs onto the water so if your doggie loves to swim this is the perfect place for them! If they aren't a fan then playtime on the grass will do!
Open to see what works for you &amp; am super flexible. If your local on the island I can pop in during my lunch breaks and after work. (Dog walking available too!) Otherwise dropping your puppy or dog off for the day will also work perfectly when I'm working from home. If your planning on going away for the weekend then reach out️
My partner and I own two cats (four and two) and I'm also a foster mum through Auckland puppy rescue when required!&nbsp;
One day we'll get a dog of our own but fostering and sitting works well for now!

Hey hi hello! We’re Libby &amp; Gabe - an easy-going Kiwi couple who have been together for 7 years, including 2 years spent as full-time pet sitters across Auckland and wider New Zealand.

These days we’re settled into our own home in Auckland! While we no longer pet sit full-time, we still love having animal friends in our lives and helping out with walks, daycare, boarding, and shorter stay house-sits (while trying very hard not to adopt every pet we meet )

Libby works in communications for a not-for-profit organisation and has flexible hours, including the ability to work from home (and a dog friendly office if your pet is well behaved enough to join her). Gabe is a qualified electrician managing major projects across Auckland.

We know trusting someone with your pets is a big deal, so our goal is to make the experience feel easy, relaxed, and completely stress-free - for both you and your furry family members.

I am 36 years of age based in Albany. I am trustworthy, respectful of property, and love animals - particularly dogs.

I offer housesitting and pet boarding - and only accept one booking at a time so your pet can enjoy our full attention

I work full time with the odd work from home day so am best suited for pets that are ok being on their own during work hours.

I have plenty of house-sitting experience caring for dogs and/or cats along with smaller animals (rabbits, guinea pigs, fish).

For boarding, we have a townhouse and small fully fenced courtyard, and a nearby park for dog walks and running around.

Animals in my care get plenty of cuddles, playtime, daily or twice daily walks as needed, are kept well groomed and in their usual routine as much as possible.

We love animals, their company and their personalities. I previously owned Ragdoll and Birman cats, and previously had a British bulldog. I grew up with border collies, horses, cats and rabbits. I've also taken care of many different breeds of dogs and animals with health issues that need extra care and medication.

Apologies but I am not able to take single overnight bookings at the moment for pet boarding.

  I’m Alys, a reliable and caring house and pet sitter with experience looking after small furry and feathered friends, dogs, cats and even livestock. I'm great with house admin too and promise not to kill your plants!&nbsp;&nbsp;
️ I live on the sunny North Shore of Auckland with my partner and our two cats Winston &amp; Wally. I work in the city, but can work from home any two days a week.
 Due to this, I tend to mostly book 'long weekend' stays - usually a max stay being Wed PM (after work) through to Tues PM - but occasionally open up for longer stays.
 In my spare time I dabble in pottery at a local studio, am learning Mandarin, and volunteer for two rescues (Fur Paws Sake cat rescue and The Dog Rescue Project) supporting with social media, fundraising and events - and I have fostered more than 40 cats, kittens and dogs over the past 2+ years. This includes some super sick rescues so I have a lot of experience administering medication and supplying special diets etc. It also means I have experience working with dogs who are learning about the world around them and might need a little extra patience - eg. Walks in quieter spaces to avoid reactivity. I previously worked with The Dog Trust in the UK, helping to train their pups.&nbsp;
 I love photography so you'll receive plenty of updates from me while you're away, so you can see how much fun they are having!!&nbsp;
