About me: I'm 29 years old and have just completed my Masters degree in counselling at the University of Auckland. I currently work full time, but have two work from home days a week. I'm a born and raised animal lover and have been vegetarian since I was 14. I'd love to spend some time with your animals on my work from home days, evenings, or weekends!

Hi, I’m Jam, a dedicated animal lover with years of experience caring for pets, both cats and dogs. Couple years ago, I had two charming cow cats who brought so much joy and comfort into my life. I love spending quality time with them. Being around pets makes me feel relaxed and loved, and I cherish the connections I build with animals.

Last year, I had an incredible experience dog-sitting for a golden retriever named Shochu. She was well-behaved and such a joy to be around. We spent a month together, and I took her on adventures to beautiful places like Oamaru and Akaroa. Hi, I’m Zoe! I absolutely love animals and have always enjoyed being around them. I have a pet named Taco, who brings so much joy into my life, so I understand how important it is to have someone trustworthy to care for your furry family members.

While I don’t have professional pet-sitting experience, I’m responsible, caring, and eager to provide the best care for your pet. Whether your pet loves to play, needs extra cuddles, or prefers a quiet environment, I’ll make sure they feel safe and happy. I can provide feeding, walks, playtime, and lots of affection while you’re away.

For home visits, I typically stay for at least 30 minutes to ensure your pet gets enough attention and care. I can also water plants and bring in the mail if needed. Recently I have been helping my neighbour feed and take care of her cat twice a day while she is away.

If your dog needs a walk, I offer 30- to 45-minute walks in safe, pet-friendly areas like parks or quiet neighbourhoods.

Dog walking through Heavenly Hounds are on lead at all times unless reliable recall which at an extra cost we can discuss training. We provide individualised walks but also an option for pack walks (Max 4) if undertaken a trial to bond the pack together. We want the walks to be calm, controlled yet fun and exciting.
We also offer personalised 1 on 1 training sessions, from general obedience to problem behaviours to fit seamlessly into your schedule. At Heavenly Hounds, we strictly avoid the use of any aversive tools and methods, opting for a humane and ethical approach. We have reliable transport, an SUV for large breeds. As well as a full license and knowledge in pet first aid. Hello fellow pawrents! As a mum of a 1 year old cavoodle, I know what it's like to be busy but still want to give our fur babies enough exercise and day to day mental stimulation. I would be happy to help you save some time and walk your dog for you (with or without a furry companion, your choice!).&nbsp;
I'm able to take small to medium sized dogs (some larger dog can be negotiated). Walk times are either 30, 60 or 90 mins. Unfortunately, I'm only able to walk fully vaccinated dogs for safety purposes.&nbsp;
At this stage I'll only be able to take bookings for the below times and locations, however, I'm expecting to add more times in the next coming months. 
Saturday Sundays - north shore/north west Auckland
Monday to Fridays - 12pm - 2 pm Milford, Auckland area
