I've grown up around all sorts of animals, which has caused me to be an absolute animal lover. I house sit and pet sit for my family regularly. I have experience with big dogs, small dogs, big cats, small cats, big rabbits, little rabbits, fish, turtles, mice, Guinea pigs, sheep, pigs, goats, cockatiels. I am always wanting to learn about and meet more animals! I occasionally take the family dogs out for walks when I visit family so am comfortable walking dogs (big and small) I love helping out with family projects etc also. When house sitting I always make sure to leave the house in the state it was when I first got there. I am also a property manager so know how to look after a property well ️
I'm happy to help with chores that need doing while away, I'm happy to house sit completely with or without pets, I'm happy to just pop in to feed or walk pets as needed, I'm happy to regularly walk pets also! It's up to you! I just love spending time with all the pets!!

I have owned cats my whole life, becoming a primary cat owner when I adopted Percy in 2019. I have since adopted Washington and gotten them to cohabit peacefully.
I have watched cats for friends on occasion - even administering meds and observing to see if medical attention was required. Luckily it wasn't.
In terms of services I offer, I would come over and feed cats, change litter, and give them some attention. I would also be willing to watch dogs.
In the weekends and on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Fridays, I am available most of the time. On the remaining weekdays, I am only available in the evenings.
I can provide oral medication and topical treatments. I can also brush cats.
I don't mind doing a couple of extra things like the mail or plants.

I hope you are well I am Dani a trustworthy and reliable person, I have always had a huge passion for animals, back in 2019 I graduated from an animal care course but sadly couldn't land myself a full-time job with animals.&nbsp;

I came across this website so thought to join so I can continue to work full time(Currently not) in my job as well as continue a passion of mine. I retried December 2025 following 30 years working in Risk Managment, with a life time experience meeting the needs of pets both dogs, cats and those pets that from can be hard to find care for. Home visits feeding, cleaning, walking and providing company if required. Available Monday through to Sunday,flexible hours to allow for feeding moring, evening and time required to spend with pets. Can also provide plant watering.
Dogs feeding, walking playtime as required experience with dogs large and small. Walking area Hutt River, Petone Beach
Basic grooming brush and possible bathing.
Cats, feeding and general care, can provide brushing and playtime if required.
Also available to offer care for Tropical fish tanks both fish feeding and water changes if and when required over 20 years of keeping Tropical fish.
Feeding and general care can also be provided for those alternate pets, Chickens several years experience with my own birds also Rabbits and small Rodents.
No experience with bird aviary, budgies parrots ect but happy to take and follow instructions.
Prefer Lower Hutt disrict however, I am mobile and can travel within the Wellington area for small extra fee.
