Hello, I'm Rob, I'm 29 and miss spending time with more animals!

Open to:
Dog walking, pet sitting and anything in between.
I'm not certified but happy to offer basic dog training and have done so in the past.

About me
I grew up with a family of dogs, rabbits, chickens, and even a small tortoise who roamed the garden! Later in life I was fortunate enough to share my home with three rescued dogs. They of course have their challenges but you love them for all their quirks regardless. My lifelong love for animals makes it a no brainer to be around then as much as possible. Last year I looked after a puppy for a number of months, before having to say goodbye as I left the UK. It was so sad but we had such a rollercoaster! Since moving into my flat here the house cat (Steeley Dan) has sometimes snuck into my room at night and slept on my bed with me, making the owner jokingly jealous after it doesn't often warm up to people!

Motivation
I have genuine compassion and respect for each animal, something I find a necessity when providing safety and reliability when caring for them. Every pet deserves attention and love, particularly when you can't be there. Hopefully I can help give you peace of mind when you're away, as I'm dedicated to ensuring they're as happy as can be!

Your pets
I know that every animal is different and has its own unique needs, which is part of the fun of getting to know them. 

I'd want to know the pets usual routine, their behaviour, training, recall and what they like. It's best to get an idea of a usual day in their life. The priority will always be safety first and foremost so I'd need to know what they're like with other animals. Particularly for dogs, how they are on walks. Once we're all satisfied the pet can be looked after with the right care we can talk more about their little quirks and what they like to eat! 

Homestays
Where I stay at your home we can agree on house rules. I am respectful of others spaces and would take pride in ensuring it's spotless for your return. If we forget to talk about rubbish collection days, I'll just look it up! 

Bookings
For me this isn't a regimented job. It's for the love of animals. So please let me know if you want anything outside of the booking such as additional time and I'd be happy to oblige wherever I can. 

I'll regularly update you like a proud parent sending photos of their loved ones. Especially of any cuddles had. Also if there's any issues at all, I'll let you know immediately. Emergency contact details are essential.

I have a full driving license and will also have my van available if there's walks further afield. Let me know if you have any questions. Looking forward to hearing from you!
