Hello! My name is Anna, and I’m an experienced and passionate pet sitter. I grew up on a farm, which gave me a deep appreciation and understanding of animals from a very young age. Caring for dogs, cats, chickens, horses, cattle, pigs and sheep was a part of my daily life, and it taught me not only responsibility but also how to read animal behavior and provide the attention they truly need.

My motivation to be a pet sitter comes from that upbringing. I’ve always had a strong connection to animals, I genuinely enjoy spending time with them and making sure they feel safe and loved. 

I also know how important it is for pet owners to have peace of mind when they’re away, and I strive to provide that by offering reliable, caring, and personalized attention to each animal.

From feeding and walking to grooming and playtime, I treat every animal as if they were my own. Whether it’s your energetic dog, affectionate cat, curious chickens, gentle horses, or a flock of sheep, you can count on me to give them the highest level of care and kindness.

I've currently been farm sitting for 5 weeks and have had 3 Westies (one being 13 and he is both deaf and blind), 3 Budgies, 40 Bantams, 9 sheep and 2 Gypsie horses along with my Kelpie to care for and we have loved it! Daily chores, cleaning, feeding, walks and just pure fun. 

I would love to have longer house sit and recurring walks to build relationship and trust with your dogs. I am also able to bring my Kelpie with me or if shorter then I can house him. 

Since getting my kelpie I have learnt a lot about animal behaviour, rehab exercises and fun training activities, so a walk is not just a walk with us. We often have my mothers tiny spoodle Bella on adventures and she absolutely loves hanging with the big dog. 

For walks, my services would be mainly mornings or evenings, however, I can be flexible with my work and what is required, especially if I know in advance. 

For house sitting, I can stay for as short as 1 night or as long as required. My dog has taught me that most dogs would prefer to stay home in their own environment, rather than going to a kennel and I'm really keen to help other owners experience that as well.

I'll treat your house like my own, keeping it clean and ready for your return. I'll discuss any preferences that you have before you go away and keep you as up to date as required.

I'm excited to meet you and your pets, and right now I don't want to let these Westies go as they have become my little buddies.
