Need some help with your fur baby? Hello! My name is Deanna McKay. I am a nanny/household manager currently studying a bachelor of communications. I’m a working professional and student with a very flexible schedule. I absolutely adore animals, their company is unlike any other and something I really enjoy. I have years of experience as animals have always been a big part of my life having been raised on a lifestyle block with all sorts of furry friends. I often housesit for my clients and am familiar with running errands for the animals such as picking up food, vet appointments, grooming, walking, training, observing, drops offs to daycare etc.
The services I offer are:
⁃ Dog walking. I’m available for dog walking in evenings, weekends and some hours during the day depending on the weekday. Im comfortable with dogs of any size. This means walking your dog for 30 mins to the local park or beach depending on your animals preference and area.
⁃ House visits (once or twice per day). On my visits I will feed the animal, refill any water bowls, provide any medicine etc, check anything out the ordinary for your home and pet and stay with the animal for up to 20 mins. I will ensure that I lock all doors and turn on an alarm (if any) after leaving the house. I am also happy to water any plants as well as any other minor requests.
⁃ Dog boarding. This is something I have offered previously but due to the possibility that I may be moving I'm not taking any bookings at this time.
⁃ Pet Sitting. This is where I stay at your home overnight to ensure that the animals feel safe and are not left alone. I will clear your mailbox for you & watch over your home including any minor task like watering plants etc . I often study from home a few days per week so happy to spend time with your pet during those days!

Deanna looked after our two pups while we attended a funeral in Melbourne. She updated us daily about the girls and provided us with pictures. We were super happy and reassured our girls were well looked after.
