Mature woman who has professionally looked after around 20 small and toy dogs at a time in a commercial kennel environment.

Currently working an administrative job from home but this is flexible so plenty of time to look after an extra dog.

My passion is little older dogs plus or minus dogs with complicated medical conditions. Diabetic dogs no problem, I am quite fine with giving medications.

I've completed extensive courses in dog psychology and dog health. I'm an observant person and sympathetic to people who have anxiety over someone else looking after their family members.

The ideal dogs for me to look after are those under 10kg who are by and large happy to chill out with my Poms and myself and can manage 20-30 minute walks and playing outside when it's fine.

I don't mind short term or longer term bookings but only one family of either a single or a pair of dogs at a time. Once I'm booked, I'm booked, no squeezing other dogs in.

Not suited are dogs over 10kg, those that hate cats or other dogs/people, those that are not fully house trained, are not already desexed, are nuisance barkers, destroy property, or those that require a lot of exercise such as young Terrier breeds (looking at you Foxies and Jack's!).

I own my own home, the house is warm and your dog is welcome to sleep in the bedroom with the Poms and I, but not on the bed. While the grounds are small I do usually walk my dogs at least every second day if not every day. My property has high fences and a lock on the gate so there is no chance of escaping.

There are no hidden dangers inside or out as far as structural components and no poisonous plants or trees.

I'd like to say I'm a perfect candidate to look after your dog based on experience.
