Hi! I’m Diego, a passionate pet lover who believes every animal deserves care, affection, and plenty of outdoor fun. I’ve shared my life with dogs and cats since childhood, and I see pets as more than companions—they’re family.

My Availability & Walks:

📍 Available in Papamoa and Mount Maunganui – I offer flexibility to fit your routine! My general availability is Monday to Friday from 2:00 PM onwards, and all day on weekends. 

🐾 Walk Duration: My standard walks are 1 hour long, allowing plenty of time for exercise and sniffing. However, I’m always happy to adjust the duration to suit your pet's specific needs—just let me know what works best for them!

What I Offer:

🐾 Adventure Walks – More than just a walk, I create little adventures! Whether it’s a stroll on the beach, a sniffari in the park, or a relaxed neighborhood walk, your pup will get the exercise and mental stimulation they love.

🐾 Home Visits with a Personal Touch – I’ll visit your pet at home to provide fresh food, water, playtime, and cuddles (if they want them!). I also make sure everything is clean and cozy for them.

🐾 Daily Updates & Happy Moments – I’ll keep you in the loop with fun photos and updates so you can feel connected to your pet while you’re away.

How I adapt to your pet’s personality:

I treat every pet like my own, adapting to their unique character. If your pet is timid or shy, I take things slowly. I let them come to me at their own pace, offering treats to build trust without being invasive. For pullers or high-energy dogs, I allow them plenty of time to explore their surroundings freely, using that exploration to gently encourage more relaxed leash walking over time. Whether they’re energetic adventurers or gentle cuddlers, I’ll find the best way to connect with them.

My Emergency Protocol:

Your pet's safety is my top priority. In the unlikely event of an emergency, my first step is always to contact you immediately. If the situation requires immediate veterinary attention and I can't reach you, I will take them to a vet straight away. To ensure I'm fully prepared, I will ask for your preferred vet clinic and emergency contact details during our initial agreement, so we are always on the same page.
