Hi, I’m Bella! I’m a reliable, friendly and professional pet sitter offering all Pawshake services, with flexible availability around my nursing work. I know how important it is to find someone you genuinely trust with your pets, so I always aim to provide safe, loving and personalised care that suits each pet’s routine, personality and needs.

I have two dogs of my own — a Japanese Spitz and a German Shepherd — so I’m very comfortable caring for dogs of different sizes, temperaments and energy levels. I’m happy to look after pets big or small and I’m open to caring for a range of animals, whether they’re playful and energetic, older and needing a gentler pace, or a little nervous and needing extra patience and reassurance.

My nursing background has given me strong skills in responsibility, communication, observation and staying calm under pressure. I’m confident following detailed care instructions, monitoring for any changes in behaviour or health, and providing extra support if a pet needs medication, closer supervision or a little more TLC. As a nurse, I’m very comfortable administering medications and managing extra care needs where required.

I offer all services available through Pawshake, including dog walking, home visits, house sitting, day care and boarding. Walks are usually 45 minutes to 1 hour long and are tailored to suit your pet’s age, breed and energy levels — whether they need a fun walk, time to sniff and explore, or a good run to burn off energy. I’m lucky to have access to Pit Park right next to my home, which is perfect for walks, play and exercise.

For home visits, I can provide feeding, fresh water, playtime, toilet breaks, cuddles, medication if needed, and of course regular company and attention. For day care, boarding and house sitting, I focus on keeping pets in a familiar routine and making sure they feel settled, safe and well cared for. If I’m caring for someone’s pet, they would only ever be left alone for a few hours at most, and ideally if I accept a booking I plan to be home the majority of the time so I can properly supervise and spend time with them.

At my home, pets are treated like kings and queens — they’re welcome on the couch and bed if that’s what they’re used to, and I always want them to feel as comfortable and relaxed as possible. I have a large fully fenced yard with tall secure fencing, designed to safely contain my own large-breed German Shepherd, so there is plenty of safe space for pets to toilet, play and enjoy being outside.

I’m also very happy to care for pets who are anxious, elderly, shy, or who need a little extra support. I understand the importance of patience, routine and a calm approach, and I’m always happy to work with owners to understand exactly what their pet needs. I’m easy to get in touch with and always happy to provide regular updates and photos, because I know how reassuring it is to know your pet is happy and in good hands while you’re away.

My goal is to make your pet feel safe, happy and genuinely cared for — while giving you peace of mind that they’re with someone capable, attentive and kind. I’ll always do my best to go the extra mile, whether that’s sticking closely to their routine, making time for extra play or cuddles, or simply making sure they feel loved while you’re away.
