Hi, I’m Summer, a passionate animal lover with a degree in Animal Science and a lifetime of experience caring for pets. I’ve grown up surrounded by animals, from dogs and cats to horses and sheep, and I understand just how important it is to have someone you trust looking after your furry family members.

I have gained hands-on experience with animals through my studies, volunteer work, personal life, and now my role as an animal attendant. My three-year-old miniature schnauzer, Coigley, is my world, so I know how much love, attention, and care every pet needs. Whether it’s walks, playtime, or just companionship, I’m here to make sure your pet feels safe, happy, and well cared for.

I welcome friendly, desexed, vaccinated pets into my home or can provide walks and visits in your area. My goal is to give pet parents peace of mind while making sure their dogs have the best care possible! 

I do work a full time job so some days a week I will be away from home for the day, but will always be home for night time snuggles. That also means I can usually only have appointments where I need to collect/drop off/or meet a dog after 4:30pm Tues-Sat. But please reach out always and I'm sure we can work it out to fit what's best for everyone! 

Please note for boarding bookings: My pets’ wellbeing is always my top priority. I have a young cat and a small dog, and sometimes larger breeds may not be the best match for them. If your dog isn’t good around cats, we may not be the best match. I'm always happy to arrange a meet and greet between our animals beforehand. If I feel a booking might not be the safest fit for my animals, I may need to decline. It’s never personal, just about keeping everyone safe and happy.
