Hi! I'm a UK doctor that's over in New Zealand to work and see the country. I have always grown up with dogs and cats, particularly rescue pets that have required special care requirements. I've missed being around pets since moving to New Zealand and feel pet sitting is an ideal way for me to be involved with animals!

I'm currently based in Palmerston North with my partner who is equally enthusiastic about animals as I am. I would describe myself as friendly and gentle in nature and spend most of my free time out hiking or reading a good fantasy novel!

I currently work office hours so I can drop by to support feeding/walking/playing with pets in an evening and over the weekends. Im happy to take pets for walks of up to 1 hour weekday evenings and longer walks on weekends for up to 3 hours if required. Over the weekends I am happy to travel up to a 5 hour drive radius of Palmerston North to pet/house sit but for weekday visits they will need to be local to Palmerston North and the surrounding area due to work commitments in the week. I understand all pets are different and so I aim to tailor my approach depending on the individual pets personal needs.
