Hi dog owner/s,

We look forward to spending time with your dog and helping you out!

We are a homeschooling family and love looking after dogs as they bring us so much happiness. We love taking them for walks, play with them, throw balls/sticks and give them lots of cuddles. We recently looked after a puppy for about one month at our home and helped with the puppy training. Our friend on the South Island where we used to live has a dog that we often took out for a walk and gave lots of hugs. We have also looked after several cats at the owner's homes. We used to have our own dogs as kids/teenagers. We were responsible for feeding, walking and puppy training. 

We don't want to commit to our own dog but we would love to help other people out! If we end up looking after your dog, your dog will get a good walk, we can play with your dog, feed your dog and give your dog lots of cuddles. We would love to look after small to medium/large sized (not extra large) and family friendly dogs only that are either calm or playful and used to children. We would keep your dog on a leash whenever needed and will not take it off the leash unless approved by you. 

We are a homeschooling family so we can be quite flexible with days and times. We can read the dogs behaviour and with older dogs we would take it easy and go for a gentle stroll, if your dog is more playful and has more energy we would be more playful with your dog as well, if your dog is shy we would walk away from other dogs. We will supervise your dog at all times with lots of love. We can transport your dog in our vehicle.
