I’m a qualified Veterinary Nurse working full-time at Energy Vets Taranaki with many years of hands-on clinical experience, offering professional in-home pet sitting and house sitting services.

Working in a busy vet clinic has taught me how to stay calm, organised, and attentive, even when animals need extra help or reassurance. I’m confident caring for pets of all ages, temperaments, and medical needs, with a special soft spot for naughty tortoiseshells, rescues, senior pets, and animals who need a bit more understanding and patience.

Because I work full-time at the clinic, my direct availability is naturally limited. To ensure your pets still get a high level of attentive care without me having to give up my day job, I’ve brought on Erin—an 18-year-old animal lover who helps bridge the gap during peak hours. Together, we make sure your pets get continuous care, companionship, and routine without compromise.

My motivation to pet sit is simple: animals feel safest in their familiar environment, and I love making that possible while owners are away. I am fully equipped to administer medications, monitor health, and support pets with special requirements, giving you total peace of mind while you travel.

Pricing & Services

• Base Visit (Up to 2 Pets): Covers dropping in to feed your crew, clean up the chaos, and make sure everyone is thriving (and not plotting household mutiny). This covers up to two pets to ensure proper time and care without rushing.

• Additional Pets: +$5 per extra pet per visit to account for the extra feeding, litter tray scooping, and cuddle time.

• Medication Care: Flat $5 per medicated animal per day. As a vet nurse, I’m experienced with tablets, liquids, injections, and the classic "please don't spit this back out" maneuver—all served with plenty of "you're so brave!" praise.

I aim to keep things simple, transparent, and fair. Everyone gets cared for, no one gets rushed, and your animals won’t form a union because dinner was late!
