I’m a reliable, practical, and caring pet lover based in New Plymouth. I have grown up around dogs of all shapes and sizes, including Newfoundlands, German Shepherds, and poodle mixes and I have a particular soft spot for big dogs. That said, I genuinely enjoy spending time with every dog, whether they are full of energy and ready for an adventure or happiest with a gentle walk, company, and cuddles.

I have also had several cats over the years and currently share my home with Baron, my very chatty and affectionate Tonkinese cat. I understand that every pet has their own personality, routine, and comfort level, and I take the responsibility of caring for them seriously. Pets are family, and they deserve patience, consistency, safety, and plenty of attention.

I offer dog walking, in-home pet sitting and drop-in visits, companionship, playtime, feeding, and help maintaining your pet’s usual routine. While visiting, I am also happy to help with everyday care such as brushing, cleaning up, teeth brushing, basic grooming, and reinforcing any established training or routines you use at home. I can tailor walks and visits to your pet’s age, energy level, needs, and preferences.

I have a medium-sized backyard suitable for supervised daytime play and can accommodate up to two larger, medium-energy dogs for visits. However, as I rent my home, I cannot offer overnight pet stays. I am very happy to come to your home instead, whether that means keeping your pet company during the day, taking them for a walk, or making sure they are fed, settled, and tucked in for the evening.

I love giving pets affection and making their time without their owners enjoyable, but I also understand the importance of boundaries, safety, healthy habits, and following the owner’s instructions carefully.
