Hi! I’m Alex — a lifelong dog lover, active dad, and someone who genuinely enjoys spending time outdoors with animals. I have two dogs of my own (a beagle and a husky), so I understand how important it is to find someone you can fully trust with your furry family member.

My goal is simple: to provide a calm, safe, and fun environment where your dog feels comfortable, cared for, and part of the family. Whether it’s walks, daycare, or overnight care, I bring patience, structure, and positive energy to every dog I look after.

I’m very active and love getting outside, so dogs in my care enjoy regular exercise and stimulation. A typical day includes walks, playtime, rest, and plenty of attention. Walks are usually 30–60 minutes, and I tailor them to your dog’s energy level — whether that’s a relaxed stroll or a more adventurous outing.

We’re also lucky to have a large, secure outdoor space where dogs can safely run, play, and burn off energy. It’s perfect for games like fetch, exploring, or just relaxing in the fresh air. If suitable, your dog may also have the opportunity to socialise and play with our dogs, who are friendly and well-socialised — but this is always done gradually and based on temperament to ensure a positive experience for everyone.

For daycare and boarding, I keep numbers small so each dog gets proper attention. I take time to introduce dogs slowly and safely to ensure everyone feels comfortable. I follow your dog’s usual routine as closely as possible, including feeding, sleep, and exercise. Dogs are always supervised when together, and I prioritise a calm, controlled environment.

Because I have a young child at home, safety is something I take very seriously. Dogs are never left unattended in situations where safety could be compromised, and I ensure all interactions are managed carefully and respectfully.

I also have a background in teaching, which means I’m reliable, communicative, and attentive to individual needs. I’m comfortable working with different temperaments, including energetic dogs, nervous dogs, puppies, and older dogs who may need a slower pace.

Your dog’s wellbeing always comes first. I’m happy to provide updates, photos, and clear communication so you feel confident and at ease while your pet is in my care.
