Hi, I’m Ellie! I’m a 31-year-old female who has grown up on a farm around a variety of different animals. I’ve had dogs and cats throughout my life and currently have two cats of my own. I also have experience looking after friends’ and family members’ pets, as well as caring for farm animals, and I’m happy to check on farm animals if needed too. I work shift work, so my hours vary, but this actually makes it easier for me to make time for pet visits during the day. I understand how important it is to know your pets are safe, happy and well cared for while you’re away, and I’ll make sure they get everything they need during my visit.

I offer 30-minute pet visits for $35 per day, with an additional $10 per day for each extra pet. During my visit I can feed your pets, refresh their water, clean litter boxes, let dogs outside for toilet breaks and give them some playtime and attention. I can also administer medication if required.

I’m happy to help with small tasks around the house during your 30-minute visit, such as watering plants, bringing in mail or checking that everything is okay. Just let me know what you need and we can discuss it — there’s no extra charge for small tasks that can be done during the visit.

I also offer 30-minute dog walks for $30. Walks will generally be somewhere local, but if your dog has a particular place they normally enjoy going, this can also be arranged.

I don’t offer overnight housesitting, as I have my own pets at home who need me too. My aim is simply to make sure your pets are well looked after in their own home while you’re away.
