** UPDATE: We are in a busy phase of life with other activities taking up our time and energy. Be aware that we are much less inclined to accept new dogs. Old dogs can come if we manage to find the space in our busy schedules. **

My husband Craig and I offer dog boarding and daycare services in Sumner up on the hill. We host one dog at a time, two if coming from the same family. Some obedience training and walks are included. We accept vaccinated, neutered and social dogs, preferably small to medium-sized. We don't accept male unneutered dogs. A Meet & Greet is required before continuing on the booking. Daycare means evening pick-up, and boarding is a 24-hour service.

- We find it joyful and meaningful to help dog owners board their dog(s), we like having dogs around and taking care of them. We update the dog owner with daily updates including photos.

- Dogs receive lots of affection, some obedience training (if needed), decent walks (depending on the dog, 1-2 walks a day of 40 minutes a walk) and playtime.

- We board vaccinated dogs, and social dogs and having prior boarding or kennel experience is a plus.

- We accept small to medium-sized dogs (up to +/-20kg), but we're not equipped for the most energetic working or farm dog breeds.

- Two services: 1) Doggy daycare means dropping off in the morning, and pickup in the evening. We provide this service as part of the boarding, like the last day is a doggy service when it passed the 24 hour period, see the next point. 
2) Dog boarding, 24 hours, this means the drop-off time on the first day is the same as the pick-up time on the last day. If you can only do the pickup after that time, please consider booking a doggy daycare service for the last day. Exceptions can be made for borderline cases, we can talk about this in person.

- If you are interested in our service, please send us a booking inquiry. We will send you a list of questions to understand your dog(s) better and make an arrangement for a Meet & Greet in our home. The dog(s) can sniff around and get used to the place, the next time coming back is easier. 

- Quick note: We can't accept last-minute bookings without a Meet & Greet. Please schedule this at least 2-3 days before your desired boarding or daycare date.
