Hi, I’m Ben, 24 years old, originally from Germany. Dogs have been a part of my life for as long as I can remember – literally. When I was just one year old, I was already sharing a blanket with our Rhodesian Ridgeback, and that connection has stayed with me ever since.

Over the years, I’ve developed a strong understanding of what dogs really need: clear communication, plenty of exercise, and lots of care and affection. I’ve gained experience with different personalities and have a good sense for reading body language and behavior.

I recently arrived in New Zealand for my work and travel year, and I quickly realized how much I miss having dogs around me. That’s why this app felt like the perfect opportunity. Back in Germany, I was already dog sitting and had the chance to look after a variety of dogs – something I truly enjoyed.
