Hi there!

My name is Cheryl, and I’m the proud owner of four wonderful pets — three dogs named Missi, Banjo, and Murphy, and a cat named Beau. I’ve had animals all my life, and my love for them has only grown stronger over the years.

I have a real passion for learning about and understanding all kinds of animals. My experience in pet care comes from caring for my own pets, helping out with family and friends’ animals, and volunteering at the SPCA here in Christchurch. I also spent 10 years working at Taronga Zoo in Sydney, where I learned so much about the care and wellbeing of a wide variety of animals.

I’m happy to provide daytime and evening care for your pets, including feeding, playtime, and companionship. If needed, I can also administer medication or ointment, and I’m glad to help with small household tasks like collecting mail and watering plants while you’re away.

Most of all, I love getting to know each pet’s unique personality and spending quality time with them. You can rest assured that I’ll care for your fur babies as if they were my own.
