No matter the age, any dog is a puppy to me! My name is Georgia, and I'm a certified animal lover. I have wanted a dog my entire life, but as I still have some logistics to remedy (buying my own house for one!) I will settle for showering any pups I can find in love.&nbsp;
I have looked after many a dog in my years, and love all dogs, no matter the breed or size. When I still lived in Queenstown I was on standby for my pregnant friend - ready to housesit and look after Jasper her GSP at a moment's notice. Most recently, since moving to Christchurch, I looked after Louie the pug for 2 weeks whilst my friends were in Canada.&nbsp;
My desire to dog sit is as selfish as it is altruistic! Coming home to a dog who's excited to see you is a feeling I will never get bored of, and regardless of the time spent together (whether it be 1 day, or 1 week) I will treat that dog like the lil angels they are! I work full time in the CBD (Mon-Fri 8-5) and would love nothing more than to fill my afternoons and evenings with belly rubs and walks! Whilst I have focused heavily on dogs, I love all animals - but dogs is where the majority of my experience lies :)&nbsp;
Unfortunately, due to having a dog at my current house (a gorgeous Rottweiler who has recently had surgery, so she cannot get too excited by other dogs as she ideally needs to chill whilst her leg heals) I am unable to bring any dogs here - but other than that, anything goes! I will have the time on my hands to help where needed.

I really love animals especially dogs and cats. In gact, I am crazy about dealing with them. You would enjoy more of having them as they will be more happy, healthy and obidient if I be their sitter.
I used to be a dog mom for years, back in Iran. Losing my dog left me in a depression so I didn't dare to adopt another. Instead,&nbsp; I tried to pour my love to my mother's Persian cat. Having a pet is quite common in my family, and I also had the privilege to spend a lot of quality times with theirs. Being in deep love with dogs, I studied a few books about dogs psychology and learnt how they feel and think.When I decided to come to New Zealand, I made my mind about my future career. Deciding to become a dog trainer, I toke up a course with a famous dog trainer for 36 hours. In that course I deepend my knowledge and sharpend my skill of developing rapport with pets, needless to mention educating them some basic rules like sitting, laying, stop barking. and how to behave when they are alone, and pooping in the right place.&nbsp;I can also infer their feelings based on their parking pattern, tail shaking and even their eyes statues. Being 19 years olds and currently in my second year of university, I possess a pretty flexible schedule that should align perfectly with the needs of most pet owners! 
My love for animals has no bounds, and having my two cats and choc lab who now live in Auckland with my parents means I deeply appreciate the joy and excitement of hanging with any furry animal! I long miss the company of my furry friends! 
I haven't had any experience with working with other animals, but having grown up with many pets, I understand the responsibilities and commitment required to ensure their well-being. I love to go walking at least once day if not more, and especially love the company of a pet! And my of course I love the company of cats and the snuggles, along with any other furry friend! 
I am able to petsit just for the day or even overnight/ multiple days. I do most of my university online so am able to do it from home while taking care of the animals. 
I won't take any dogs at my property as I flat. I am able to come to your house to pick up the animal and take it for walks or hangout with it for multiple days if need be. I do most of university from home so I would be with the animals for most of the day if not the whole day. 
I can walk the dogs really for any amount of time necessary as I realise the distance usually varies for every dog. But usually it can be for 1-2 hours a day. I can also do multiple dog walks a days at different times of if you have 2-3 dogs I can usually walk together but if I have to I can walk separately. Depending on the area where I am pet sitting, I will usually go for walks up the hill, on a track, down to a park for the dogs or even down the beach as I love the beach! 
I am usually available morning, day time and nighttime. I am able to do other tasks aswell if I am staying with the pet overnight or for multiple days. Such as vacuuming, dishes, watering plants, collecting mail etc. I am most likely able to stay in the owners house with the pets for 2-3 days but if I know in advance I may be able to stay for a longer period of that is needed. I will make sure to leave the house in great condition before Leaving and lock up whenever I am not there/ out walking or if I am staying over lock up at night time. I will also make 100% sure that I am the only sitter staying over unless stated otherwise when booking with the owner.

Hello! I am Sarah, a 31yr old British woman now living in NZ permanently.
When I am in Nelson (as I am just in Christchurch for uni), I have 4 dogs that I like to take up the family farm everyday for a decent walk and a jump in some water and puddles.
I have years of experience looking after a range of pets since I was a teenager. From small animals like rats, guinea pigs and rabbits up to large animals like horses. I especially have a lot of experience with cats and dogs, and love spending time with animals (often prefer it to humans).&nbsp;
While I am in Christchurch (from Jan to Nov) I will be living in shared accommodation, so will not be able to have pets at my home. However, I will happily come to your house to petsit/take dogs for walks/feed cats etc.&nbsp;
From November 2023 when I am back in Nelson permanently, there will be more flexibility to have dogs over to stay at mine.&nbsp;
With dog walks, it all depends on your dog but they can be 20/30mins to an hour. I can offer twice a day feeding and visiting for all pets. With horses I can also do mucking out if needed.&nbsp;
My partner and I recently looked after 7 rescue dogs in Greece while their owners went house hunting. We previously helped look after 12 rescue dogs for the same couple in the South of France in 2019.&nbsp;
