"Jess is great, she was super prompt with initial communication and coming to meet me and my puppy Chloe. We’ve since had Jess visit twice, with a few more visits booked already. She’s always fast and efficient responding with her availability which is handy for me when scheduling. Chloe is stoked to have a new friend visiting regularly and it’s great for me to be able to get to appointments knowing my puppy is in safe hands and having fun! Thank you Jess ☺️"

"Mel is friendly, was very easy to deal with and provides a great value service. I requested a last minute booking and she was quick to respond and very happy to help us. She had great communication before and after the visits and we greatly appreciated her updates on our cat after the visits. I highly recommend Mel when you need help with your pets."

"Philippa and her lovely daughter were wonderful pet sitters. At the first meeting Philippa showed how organised she was by asking questions I'd never been asked by a pet sitter before. Ralph took to them both immediately and the photos I was sent while away showed that he was a very happy, well taken care of kitty. Thank you both so much, I would definitely book again! "

"Maia is a great sitter with great communication. She did not put up only with my cat but with me, as well, with my numerous requests for my cat as this is the first time I engaged a pet sitter. Maia looked after my Sascha, very personable, patient and enthusiastic with frequent updates. And I am grateful with the care and attention she gave my cat. I believe I found my permanent pet sitter with Maia. Very highly recommended..Thank you soo much Maia."

"Grace came to feed our fish while we were away.
All went well...she kept the pond clear of fallen leaves etc and everyone was still alive when we came home-bad experience in the past!!!

"I highly recommend Kirsten for her exceptional care of Milo while we were away on holiday. She made sure Milo was not only fed and watered but also lavished him with love and attention. We appreciated her sending us photos keeping us up to date with his comings and goings. Milo was content and happy upon our return, which speaks volumes about the care he received. We couldn't have asked for a better cat sitter!

"It was my first time hiring a pet sitter and my first time entrusting my house key to a complete stranger and I had my doubts and fears, but Britney completely took that away. She is sweet, timely and most importantly, kind to my Leo. She cleaned after him properly, played with him for hours, cuddled him, and gave him all the love that I couldn't give while I was away. She even did things that wasn't required from her like cleaning any messes around the house and she even sew back his toy that was ripped apart.
She would always ask before she does anything, even the smallest things - just so she's sure she won't be making any mistake. She's very considerate and she allowed me to travel with ease. At some point, I stopped worrying so much because I know Leo was in good hands and I could not have found a more perfect pet sitter. She is a 6 out of 5 stars and you will not regret hiring Britney, she will look after your babies perfectly. "
