Having grown up rurally with an array of pets I have a genuine love of animals in all forms and would be delighted to care for your furry friend as needed. Responsible, reliable and able to follow whatever guidelines or instructions your pet requires to be living its best life while you're away - I'm your girl!

I've cared for dogs (mixed size/energy/age), cats, alpacas, rabbits, fish & hamsters in a household setting in the past; plus professional experience as a high country shepard (tending sheep - lambing, tailing, stock movement, farm management) & a dairy hand (calf rearing/stock movement).

Comfortable with medication dosing as needed or rehabilitation requirements for senior/post-ops pets, I'm able to provide the care your pet needs & deserves - from high energy walks of your prefered duration (up to three hours, either urban based or in dog friendly land, around Wanaka/QT/Mak) to simple visits or toilet breaks.

For working in tourism I unfortunately cannot host care at my home, or have pets of my own as yet, but occasionally may be able to house sit around work commitments if needed with enough notice to plan (see references from other sites in photos) - during which I uphold the highest level of care for your property as possible keeping your home secure and safe with whatever home security you may have to use.

I have a rotating roster with differing days off, so while restricted with any full time care, I am able to let you know availability all through summer for regular walks and hope to be able to help you out. In my spare time I am an avid hiker, open water swimmer and outdoor enthusiast.
