I have been surrounded by animals my entire life and understand that pets are not just animals, they are family members who deserve patient, capable, and attentive care.
Growing up, I cared for rabbits, goats, sheep, kune kune pigs, chickens, cats, and dogs. This hands-on experience means I am confident reading animal behaviour, supporting different temperaments, and creating a safe, structured environment where pets can settle quickly.
Our Rangiora home is quiet and calm, ideal for pets who benefit from consistency and reassurance while their owners are away. The property is fully fenced for secure outdoor time, and visiting pets are treated with the same care and respect as our own.
I share my home with an older Labrador cross, a Labrador Retriever puppy, and two cats, so I am very comfortable managing both high-energy and more relaxed animals.
I welcome dogs of all sizes and am experienced with puppies, senior pets, and animals who may feel anxious in new environments. I am also happy to administer medication and will carefully follow your pet’s existing routine to help them feel at ease.
For added reassurance, either my partner Kian or I are home to provide supervision and companionship. Pets are rarely left alone for extended periods.
Services available include boarding, daycare, dog walking, house visits, and house sitting, giving you flexibility depending on what suits your pet best.
You can expect clear communication and regular updates so you always know how your pet is doing.

I have been an avid dog lover since the day I can remember! I have just recently been certified in Pet first aid so I can assure pet owners that their furr babies will be safe and sound with me! I have dog sat and walked dogs since I was very young and have had amazing reviews from family and friends.I am happy to work with all sorts of dogs, especially ones with more troubled backgrounds as I have done many hours volunteering at local shelters.  I have recently obtained a certificate in dog psychology and training and am continuing to educate myself in dog cognition at the university level. I also have many hours volunteering and being trained at animal shelters. I have worked with dogs that have had troubled pasts before so am not afraid to take on the tougher cases. I can guarantee a calm demeanor with your dog and ONLY positive re-inforcement. I do not and will not use any type of force. Patience is my strongest attribute when it comes to dogs so I'm happy to work with you and your dog's specific needs as I believe every dog is completely different!  A dog walk with me could be anything from a walk around the neighbourhood to a big play at the dog park or a long walk on the beach! I can cater to your dog and it's specific needs. My walks will be a minimum of half an hour up to 45 minutes if your dog requires more exercise. Home visits will be between 30-40 minutes and will be catered to your dog's needs. If they need a play we will have play! If they just need some cuddles, of course that's what they will get! I am super flexible and understand that all dogs are different and have individual needs. If you want a longer home visit you are welcome to book two visits and I can stay for just over an hour instead of doing two seperate visits!   I currently have one dog, Coco, who is a bull terrier mix that we adopted from Christchurch bullbreed rescue. She will most likely not join us on walks as she can be over-excitable but I am happy to do any mixing or training with the right dog if socialization is something your pup is in need of. Hi I'm Holly, I'm 34 years old, I work as the marketing manager for a real estate business in the CBD, I have a 5yr old heading x huntaway mix and own my own home in Parklands, walking distance to the forest, beach, and dog friendly parks.&nbsp;
I am available for dog boarding in my home with seperate garden spaces and plenty of sheltered outdoor space with a well-insulated dog house if needed. I can cater to indoor and outdoor pets but they must be friendly with other dogs as I have my dog Bailey.&nbsp;&nbsp;
I am also available for visiting your pet in your own home while you're away. Each visit is approx 30mins and can include feeding, cuddling, interactive play time, watering house plants, collecting mail and putting out/bringing in bins if needed. I have experience administering oral medication, ear &amp; eye drops, basic grooming such as trimming nails, brushing, bathing if needed. Short dog walks during these visits can be included if required.
I am confident with cats, dogs, rabbits, mice, fish, chickens, and other farm animals.&nbsp;

I offer transport to and from your venue, supervision and handling during ceremony and photography session, walks before and after and feeding if required. Costume accessories not included but I can source these if required, however a simple floral crown/collar to match your bridal photos is a great option that your florist should be able to out together! This service can also include overnight boarding at my home in Parklands so you can nenjoy your wedding night fur-child-free!&nbsp;

Hi, we are Dirk 45, &amp; Dodo (Golden lab) 14, we are welcoming more paws to our very dog-friendly home, with a huge garden for the dogs to roam, fully fenced in!  I always had dogs. Since I was born, there were dogs, and I understand and speak dogish.
Daddy Dodo is the best behaved, most chill soul on this planet, he has the patience and calmness of an old elephant, he's super accepting of other dogs in his space his energy is very calming to other dogs around him, he engages in play, but to his own pace. He dearly loves other doggy company.

I'm homebound Tuesday-Friday all day and also most weekends.

Since I was a teeny tot, my passion and life has revoloved around animals. They bring a happiness to me like no other. Nothing even comes close so, you know you're pets will be cherished and spoilt whilst in my care.
I have qualifications in animal management and have had the privilege of working and rehabilitating animals in my current job for the last 8 years. Previous to this I was volunteering for 4 years. Working with various species small and large. Still to this day I can't grasp the concept of only having one favorite animal. They're all equally amazing.
I have a wide range of knowledge in anything animal related, more so with critter such as rabbits and guineapigs. Medications will be sorted and are no problem for me, I've been doing that with various animals for nearly a decade.
I've always strived to do my best and go above and beyond for any and all animals. Long story short, animals are my weakness. I love them all too much.
I'll be offering dog boarding occasionally at my rural fully fenced house. This offers plenty of space indoors and outdoors and a long walk is included as well as lots of enrichment and tlc. Any dogs that I will have boarding must be fully vaccinated, desexed and be okay with my dog, Lulu and cats that are mainly indoors but can be segregated.&nbsp;&nbsp;
A meet and greet beforehand is essential to ensure the safety of all animals and make sure the animals are having the only the best time possible.
I have playpens, hutches , and have plenty of indoor space to have rabbits and/or guineapigs stay at my home as well so please enquire if you'd want this.
