You can feel safe, secure and happy to leave your pups with me while you are away. I have had many dogs stay with me over the last 6 years who have all come back and become like nieces and nephews to me- I would love to have more  I have a fully fenced, warm inviting home close to beach's, parks and green spaces. Your dog will be welcomed to become part of the family. Indoor and outdoor access - very safe and dog friendly. If you prefer for your dog to stay in their home I have done many housesits in a range of properties in NZ and abroad from cozy abodes to luxury estates. Domestic pets and farm animals. 
With previous full-time live in dog rescue volunteer experience, commercial doggy day care employment and experiencing the whole-hearted love of my own fur babies (sadly not with us anymore) i have a heap of experience, love and passion to give.
I am building up to this being more regular work that i can eventually do full -time but the foundation for me is from an absolute place of love. This is the best job in the world and I take it very seriously - I know what a big deal it is putting trust in someone to care for your animals in the way you do but I can promise you I will love them like my own and we will make a meaningful on-going relationship as i have done with my regulars.
From caring for a Chihuahua who had seizures, providing twice daily Insulin to a diabetic cat, caring for dogs with severe anxiety and trauma, aging dogs with cognitive decline, to your every-day happy healthy family pets and hyperactive puppies - I will cater the care to suit.


Hello :) We’re a dog-loving family offering dedicated dog-only sitting services in a safe, caring, and fun home environment. Dogs have always been a huge part of our lives, and we truly understand how important it is to leave your dog somewhere they’ll feel happy, secure, and loved.
We have over 20 years of experience with dogs, having grown up with multiple breeds and spending many years training and caring for our own dogs, as well as those of friends and family. From energetic pups to calm adult dogs, we’re confident, patient, and attentive to each dog’s individual needs.
Originally from South Africa, we’ve proudly been Kiwis for the past 7 years. We’re a close-knit family with one wonderful teenage son who absolutely adores dogs. He loves spending his free time outdoors, taking photos, and being active—especially alongside our furry companion Charlie.
We share our home with Charlie, our friendly 2-year-old Cavalier King Charles Spaniel (around 10kg). Charlie is fully trained, has attended puppy preschool, and has a gentle, social nature. He loves having other dogs around and is great at making visiting dogs feel welcome.
We’re an outdoor-loving family who enjoy long walks on the beach, exploring new places, and keeping active—perfect for dogs who love exercise and fresh air.

I am 33 years of age and work in a corporate role on a typical 8am-1pm schedule in Auckland city, combined with freelance work in the afternoons. Since I am trying to pay off my car and mortgage, I am petsitting and dog walking on the side for some additional income.
Since growing up with pets in the house, I have a great love for animals and enjoy activities that involve the company of animals in my spare time.
I have house- and pet-sat for multiple clients including owners of dogs, cats, fish, bunnies and birds so far. With a really positive track record. I've been called back on multiple occasions for continued services as I've proven I am trustworthy, respectful of property and very caring of animals.I have now got a little reliable car of my own, so I am able to offer my services within the North Shore and Auckland CBD region.
What can I offer?
- Residing in Browns Bay with my partner who happens to also love dogs, we are able to open our home to dogs for day visits and overnight stays.&nbsp;
- Pet sitting - this would include house sitting and taking care of your pets in their usual environment and routines. I could do daily visits to locations close to Auckland CBD/Browns Bay. This would include ensuring your pets get the attention they will be missing in your absence, ensuring they are fed / groomed / walked / played with / cuddled with as per their usual routine, and ensuring all their other facilities are looked after such as poop scooping, oral medication, etc. This would also include upkeep of general household things such as ensuring all plants are watered and mail are brought in.
- Dog walking - 30-60minute sessions, depending on the need. I'd be available to do so in Auckland CBD weekday afternoons only, or in North Shore regions weekday afternoons and weekends.

Working from home gives me plenty of flexibility to provide attentive care, I take Doug for beach walks so your dog can join me and this is a pawsome chance for Douglas to build his social skills. He’s fully trained, vaccinated, and social, and gets along great with other dogs. I would take no more than 1 dog at a time currently so I can provide supervised care&nbsp;

I’m a teacher and a passionate animal lover, currently saving for my first home. I’ve found caring for pets to be incredibly rewarding, and I fully understand the responsibility and trust it takes to look after your home and your furry family members. I pride myself on being honest and dedicated, and I take great care in making sure your pets feel safe and loved while you’re away.
I am highly experienced, having had been a full-time petsitter for the past 3 years, only going on hiatus over the last few months whilst taking care of my puppy (Beans). I have years of experience with animals of all shapes and sizes, having owned and fostered a variety of pets over the years. This means I’m comfortable with everything from energetic dogs to quiet cats, and I’m happy to adapt to your pet’s personality and needs. A note about my puppy (Beans):
I have a 1.5 year old puppy who can either stay with my family if you’d prefer not to have her in your home, or she can accompany me if that’s something you’re comfortable with. She attends doggy daycare during the day, so she wouldn’t be left alone in your home while I’m at work. 
About my services:
My only current service is overnight stays with dogs or cats, where I stay in your home to ensure your pet(s) feel comfortable and secure. I handle everything from feeding, walking, and bathroom breaks to administering medication, providing cuddles, and keeping up with any routines your pets are used to. Walks are typically 60 minutes, but I can adjust based on your dog’s specific needs. I also have a dog-friendly car and can provide transportation if required.
I’m more than happy to meet with you beforehand to make sure you’re comfortable and confident about who’s taking care of your home and pets.
