Hi, I'm Zane, and I run Zu & Co., a home-based pet care service in Greenlane, Auckland, with my dog Zuzu. With a lifetime of experience with animals and my family's animal farm, I understand animal behaviour and needs. Zuzu enjoys socialising, ensuring every guest feels comfortable.

Important Requirements:
All dogs must be flea- and worm-treated, fully vaccinated (Canine Parvovirus, Distemper, Hepatitis, and Leptospirosis), and non-aggressive for everyone's safety.

Dog Etiquette:

• Meet and Greet: Our meet-and-greet session helps your dog feel at ease with Zuzu and our environment, ensuring a smooth transition into their stay.
• Drop-Off: We recommend using a firm-fitting collar or harness for a smooth drop-off and pick-up, as neighbouring cats sometimes walk near our place.
• Pick-Up: When collecting your dog, enter our gated area, where I'll meet you, and we can briefly chat if needed.

FAQs:

• What should I bring? Please bring a firm-fitting collar or harness, a leash, and enough food for your dog. For boarding, feel free to bring their bed or crate. No toys needed—Zu destroys them!
• Can you administer medication? We can administer most medications (except injections) and carefully monitor dogs to ensure their well-being.
• Do you leave the dogs unattended? As mentioned, I provide 24/7 supervision to ensure safety and comfort.
• What time can I drop off/pick up? Drop-off and pick-up are available between 6 am and 9 pm, with 24/7 availability on advanced request.
• Are anxious or unsocialised dogs okay? Absolutely! We have experience in helping them adjust and provide updates to reassure you.
• Do you accept un-neutered pets? Yes, on a case-by-case basis. Let us know if your pet is unneutered and when their last heat was for females.
• Where do you walk the dogs? We visit local parks like Waitarua Reserve and Meola Dog Park. For quieter days, we enjoy Cornwall Park.
• What is your capacity? We cap boarding at five dogs and daycare at eight, ensuring personalised care for each guest.
