Kia Ora!

I'm Karmen, a full time second year student at UOW studying a Bachelor of Law. I'm mainly wanting to help out with dog walking and visits.

In 2022 I moved out of home (Hawkes Bay) to Hamilton to continue my studies, since then I feel I'm no longer getting as much contact with animals as I'm use to and long for.

I was fortunate enough to grow up surrounded by animals, mainly dogs but have also had cats, rabbits and fish! When I was younger (9-11yrs old) I would walk all of the dogs that lived down my street purely out of love for them and I miss being able to do that.

I am comfortable and confident with all dogs, no matter the size or breed. A few of the breeds I grew up with were Bichon Shih Tzu, Rottweiler, Pitbull, British Bulldog, American Bulldog, French Bulldog and many more! I have never met a dog that I haven't loved and I honestly don't think I ever will.

My availability for dog walking/visits is not consistent because I also work a part time job as 2IC in a retail store but I'm very good at communicating and will always try to be as responsive as possible and arrange times that will suit everyone's wants/needs.

For walks, I can spend 1-2hrs but would also be happy to extend that time as long as it suited my availability.

Home visits I can spend 1-2hrs but again, would be happy to extend that time if my availability allows for it.

I'm usually available Tuesday - Saturday.
