Hayley

Kia ora! My name is Hayley and I have been an animal lover for as long as I can remember. I am 30 years old and by day I am usually sitting behind a desk as an accountant, but am currently taking a career break to study te reo Māori this year. 

Growing up with a family dog from the time I was born until the time I left home (20 ish years later), to now being a proud boy cat mum of two for nearly four years, has meant that I have always been surrounded by the love that pets can bring. And boy do I love them back! 

I understand the stress of life where time can just slip by and you may not always have the time your pet needs for walks or cuddles. Or maybe you just want to go away for the weekend or a longer holiday and want to make sure your pets are given love, attention, and of course food and water. I can offer these things and it would bring me so much joy to do so!  

I have experience with both cats and dogs, ensuring they are well looked after - both my own pets and my friends pets. 

Availability:

Visits/walks - I am available Mon-Thursday evenings, any time Friday and flexible on the weekends for walks/visits. If you have a dog/s, I can give them company at home, or take them for walks around the neighborhood or to the beach (1-2hrs), or even for a run with me if they are super active! If you have a cat, I can spend some time giving them cuddles, playing and chatting to them (1-2hrs). 

House sitting - Due to to my studies I am not available during 8am-4pm Mon-Thurs, however I can still stay overnight on these days if your pet does not require attention during this time. Friday-Sunday I am fully available. I am more than happy to water your plants, bring in your mail, put out the rubbish etc. and I will ensure your house and pets are well looked after.
