Hi all!
I'm a Kiwi through and through with a passion for all things furry (or not, we love sphinx, too!)
I'm looking to get out and about in our beautiful Dunedin city by offering walks, and build a community with clients through pet sitting.
Do you need a down to earth, young professional, who really knows her stuff?
Feel free to chat!
My work experience:
- Vet Nurse
- SPCA Animal Attendant
- Dog walker and Trainer
- Pet Sitter
- Puppy School Tutor
From a young age I have had a passion for our little (and large) companions. Including supporting their physical and emotional wellbeing.
I ran the Puppy School at my previous clinic, this required knowledge of welfare, puppy growth, nutrition, excersize, socialisation, training and much more!
History of house sitting for clients, colleagues and dog walking clientele.
Animals included:
Horses, dogs, sheep, lambs, cats, chickens, budgies and rabbits.
I am certified for Animal First Aid.
I miss having companions since my big move to Dunedin, leaving my cat and best friend, Rosie at home.
What I have to offer:
- Enriching dog walks
- Weight loss/weight management walks
- Basic training
- House sitting (large or companion animals)
- Puppy visits
- Able to administer aural, injectable, oral and opthalmic medications and ointments.
My dog walks start out per 30 minutes.
Weight loss walks are dependant on animal and condition.
Basic training includes nice leash walking, road rules, sit, down, wait, watch me,socialisation. Some additional tricks such a weaving, touch, shake can be taught if required/saught after.
House sitting would be at your property for a period of time that suits.
Puppy visits would be a +/- 30 minute check to play, feed, toilet and train.
If you require references, please contact me and I can provide references from my previous clients.
Can't wait to meet you!
