Kia ora! My name is Claudia and I have just finished my degrees in law and commerce and am taking a break prior to starting full-time work in late February, in my spare time I love to crochet, read, and practise yoga. I am passionate about taking care and providing our animal pals with everything they need in order to be happy. I believe that animals get lonely sometimes (like humans!) and we want to be able to provide them with the best support both emotionally and physically. That's where I come in - I have previous experience looking after a variety of pets - I have previously had mice and dogs, and currently am the mother a very sweet (and sometimes fiesty) cat called Miso! Additionally, I am a kind, compassionate and respectful person who will endeavour to meet your furry pals needs and respect the boundaries of your household. Overall, I have extensive experience looking after a range of animals and am a loving and respectful person.

My services

1. Home visits

During home visits I am able to come to your house and give your pet half an hour of quality time alongside feeding your pet. I offer either x1 or x2 visits a day depending on your needs! I am open to spending more than half an hour at these visits, but it would be best to contact me prior.

2. Dog walking

As an active person, I am capable of walking your dog up to 2 hours (if you have an especially active doggo!). I am comfortable with walking a dog on a lead and following the pace of your furry pal. Up to an hour, my rate is $25.00. However, if you are looking for a longer walk (1+ hours) I am more than happy to do this but I charge a flat rate per hour of $25.00 which I believe is a fair price as it is $1 below the current living wage.

3. House sitting

While house sitting I will be present for 24 hours to tend to your doggos needs - food, water, bathroom, and play! I am a tidy and respectful person who will follow the rules of your home, I understand that everyone has different and unique ways of running their house and I endeavour to respect this! For example, in my flat I have a strict shoes off policy which I tell visitors and expect them to respect.

4. Additional services

I am able to pick and drop off your pet to your home as I have my full license and access to a car.
