We are a New Zealand family of 2 adults and a 12 year old boy who live in Mount Maunganui and we would love to pamper your pets while you are away on vacation. We have a fully fenced section with a large back garden. We have loads of dog toys to play with and pats to give your loved pooch and lots of doggie friends on the street.
I work from home as a travel agent and have a dog bed set up in my office so your fur baby can hang with me while I am working.
We do spend a lot of our lives at the tennis club and take our pets down there while our son is coaching and therefore need well socialised dogs that are happy to come for a car ride and hang out with other doggie friends at the tennis courts. We all play tennis and if your dog loves to chase balls we have lots of them to chase and fetch!
We had our own dog - a beautiful west highland white terrier who was 15 years and 7 months old who recently went to doggie heaven. We have also looked after our neighbours pets including dogs and rescue kittens and have looked after other dogs while on holidays.
We take vaccinated and unvaccinated pets.
We are looking forward to having your pet join our family, while you relax on your vacation knowing your dog is well looked after. We will send lots of updates and photos of our adventures. Your pooch will be pampered.
Please note we will not take young puppies as our house is not really puppy proof with lots of lego from our 12 year old.
