Hi there...

I have two pets, Fitzy (4yo Cavoodle male) and Wilfy (4yo Bengal female), who are the best of friends. Our property is fully fenced and all possible escape points are regularly checked & dealt with. Our home is very quiet and calm, both inside and out. When your pets come & stay with me they will be loved and well cared for in your absence. They will be treated exactly like my own pets during their stay and be made to feel very at home.

Specific arrangements for your pets can be agreed to on a case by case basis however daycare & boarding includes a walk, play time & resting outside with me, periods of 1:1 attention, individual areas for feeding (so there are no squabbles about food), basic grooming & cleaning as required, access to toys for chewing/playing & beds for lounging (all washed & sanitised between each client), water play, pats & scratches, a sleeping spot next to my bed in either your crate or dog bed, constant access to clean fresh & cool water and unrestricted access between inside & outside. If your dog is crated & needs to get out in the night I will take them outside for the toilet and some fresh air at any hour. On occasion we'll take a trip in the car and explore somewhere different on lead.

Any behavioural issues will be dealt with gently and I will endeavour to ensure your pet remains calm, happy & safe throughout their time with me. Your pet will only ever be left unattended for a very brief period, if at all, unless I discuss & agree to a more extended period with you. The pets are monitored via camera during any period that they are left unattended.

When I'm caring for your pet in my home please supply your own bedding, toys, food and anything else that is part of your pets regular routine so that the transition to a new environment is as easy as possible for them.

For dog boarding my preference is for bookings of up to 5 consecutive nights or less. Unfortunately I am unable to accommodate longer bookings.

When I am visiting your pet in your home a usual visit includes checking, cleaning & refilling your pets food & water, checking & disposing of any pet waste, taking empty food containers & pet waste to outside bins, letting your pets outside briefly if appropriate as well as some pats & scratches if they'll allow. I'll be respectful of your home & only enter the spaces that are necessary for the visit. I'll be conscious of your security & am happy to check your mailbox if required or water an important plant. A home visit is for 15-20 mins and would usually occur in the morning.

In terms of updating you about your pet throughout their time away from you, I will follow your direction on how often you'd like to receive updates.
