Hi, I'm Elise. I'm 25 years old and currently working as a midwife in Christchurch.

I am a friendly and nurturing personality, and love getting to spend time with any animal. My career choice shows my dedication to providing individual and empathetic care, and carry this through to my time with animals. I have experience with house sitting and dog walking. I am prompt with communication, and sending you updates of your pet, as I understand how hard it is leaving them with someone new. My pets are my family, so I do my best to make sure your pet is as comfortable with me as possible while you're away.

I have grown up with a variety of animals including dogs, guinea pigs, horses, sheep, fish, and the odd rescue bird, or cat for temporary homes.

When I'm not working most of my time will be spent at home watching a new Netflix series, or cooking. Otherwise I will be out getting some fresh air trying to explore my backyard. My favourite spots lately are Taylor's mistake for a sunrise walk, or anywhere up in the port hills for an amazing view. Always happy to take a pet friend along if they're up for it!

My work is reasonably flexible, working roughly 5 hours per day, some days with the potential to work from home so I can be around for lots of attention and company.

The services I offer are:

- Dog walking: I am happy to pick up your pet and take for a walk in a local or new dog friendly area. It's up to you what you are comfortable with.

- House sitting: I'm available for short and long term house sitting, where I am particular about keeping your home just as you left it for when you arrive back. And being able to spend as much time with your pet/s as possible.
