Aisling

Kia ora! My name is Aisling (pronounced Ash-ling) and I would be honoured to look after your furry friend. Cat or dog, I have experience with both! Back home in Ireland, 5 dogs and 2 cats make up part of my family. I have been in Wellington for 4 months now and strolling around the bush and the city is making me miss my pets all the more. My dogs in particular would love walks through places like Otari Wilton Bush, around the waterfront and up Mt Vic. There are so many more walks and hikes in this region that I want to try and I would love some canine companionship on these treks! 

I am also available to do some pet-sitting at your home and I work casually, thus if it is pre-arranged, I can check in on your pets throughout the day!

My experience comes in the form of having grown up with dogs and cats. We have always have 3+ dogs at home, as well as 2+ cats! I have often taken up the responsibility of walking my neighbours' dogs at home when their work schedule gets overly hectic. I have taken care of my neighbours' pets when they go on holidays. I typically visit the home prior to a walk or a pet-sitting session to meet the owner and the pet, I also request the pet's schedule so that I avoid disrupting their routine as much as possible.
