I'm Laura and would love the opportunity to care for your pet/s!
I understand how important pets are, they are a part of the family and I am dedicated to caring for them while you are away.

A bit about me
I have lived in Wellington for the most part of my life and I have had pets throughout my life ranging from dogs, cats, guinea pigs, rabbits and rats. I currently have 2 rats that I adore (Bubbles and Buttercup).

I have experience working as a pet sitter, dog walker and at a doggy daycare and used to work as a veterinary nurse. I now work for myself as a freelance Graphic Designer and have a flexible working lifestyle where being a pet sitter would be a great addition to my way of life.

My passion for why
I love to give back to my community and volunteered for the Wellington SPCA for 2 years, and would love to look after pets in my community as well and meet like-minded people.

I also understand that finding a pet sitter you can trust can be a challenge, from having this same challenge with my own pets in the past, and I would like to pay this forward and give back where I can.

My availability
I am available throughout the weekdays (Monday - Friday) 10am - 6pm.
Hours are fliexible.

Services I provide
Dog walking: Up to 1 hour, depending on your dogs needs. I can either walk locally or drive to a local park/walking track. Does your dog have a favourite place to explore?
Home visits: 45 minutes - 1 hour, up to two times a day. I can administer medications, water your plants and bring in the mail if needed.
