Bobbie

Kia ora! I’m Bobbie, I moved to Auckland from the UK in April and I am currently working at a deli in Grey Lynn. I absolutely love animals, and I am very keen to spend some time pet sitting - I am missing the cats and dogs from home!

I have grown up with family pets; a German Shepherd called Stan, a West Highland Terrier called Wallis, and two cats, Maggie and Fudge. I also had my own dog, Dudley the Springer Spaniel, for several years. I often sit for my friends' pets at home when they are working long hours or on holiday, so I am very experienced in understanding their needs. Most recently I cared for a friend's Chihuahua puppy on a weekly basis when she was required to travel for work.

I work Tuesday-Saturday 7:30am-4:30pm so would be available for dog walking on the evenings and all day Sundays and Mondays. I am also available for house sitting or home visits for cats, dogs and other pets - I would be able to do this anytime outside of work, including in the morning before I start my shifts I own a car so can drive to various locations.

I absolutely love being around animals and giving them lots of attention and cuddles! I thoroughly enjoy walking and spending time outside so it would be lovely if a dog could join me. I have heaps of experience in taking care of animals and always look forward to spending time with them. I am very excited to start pet sitting - please get in touch! :)
