I'm D' (short for Darryn) - he/him - and cats have been an integral part of my life for 30 years now. It's a real pleasure to meet each and every new feline I come across, and I always do my best to take their feelings and best interest into account when I do - whether that's professionally or just out on the street.

I've been a cat-sitter for friends and family on and off for about 20 years (gosh!), but since my main work has pivoted into a medium where I can work from (anyone's) home, doing so while looking after other people's furry friends just seems like win-win.

My passion for cats is often one of the first things people get to know about me. I'm happy to offer a free meet-and-greet to visit you and your cat (or cats), to get to know their particular wants, needs, and territory.

A visit from me includes:

A feeding of one (or two) meals' worth of your cats' normal food 

At least 10 minutes of hands-on care, depending on your cats' desires (play, pats, grooming, etc.)

A minimum of an hour's of social time with a friendly human presence to ease your cats' anxiety from your absence in their daily routine 

Food area and litter tray monitoring (and cleaning if necessary)

Plant watering (as required)

Public transportation costs included
