Hi! My name is Sam and I am a Law (Honours) and Commerce student at the University of Canterbury. I am 21 years old, and halfway through my 6 year double degree. I have been around pets my whole life, but recently have found myself missing having lots of animals around my home due to living in a flatting environment. Though we do have two cats at our flat currently, I would love to spend some time with your fur baby and make sure they have a fantastic time in my care.

My current cats, Billie and Freddie, were 2020 lockdown babies, so are very fond of being near their owners! Alongside Billie and Freddie, I also spend lots of time with my sisters puppy Maggie and cat Sylvester, and my mums dog Joe and cat Luna, who were my childhood animals.

I have lots of experience being around dogs and cats of all sizes. Dogs in particular are my favourite, although cats are quickly becoming a very very close second, if not rival! I love going for walks or lounging around home. Whatever your needs are I am happy to meet them. I am experienced in all aspects, including feeding, walking etc. I will follow all instructions to ensure proper care of your pet.

I am very hardworking and punctual, and have many years of work experience in hospitality, retail, marketing and law. I am actively involved in my community through legal volunteer work, as well as coaching netball. Pet care is not only an income source for me, but also a passion and I would be thrilled to welcome more pets into my life.
