About Dea
I am absolutely and whole-heartedly in love with dogs of all shapes and sizes. I'm happiest when I'm either outdoors, or making new dog friends. Dog walking combines my two big passions!
I've been looking after other people's pets for over 5 years - I enjoy home visits, dog walks, and house + pet sitting. I often come as part of a pair, my partner Olek is just crazy about dogs as I am. Late 2019 though he's going on an epic multi-month Europe trip, so I'll be finding myself with lots of spare time to pamper your pet.
Your pet will be spoilt with attention when I'm around, whilst always reinforcing any of your in-home rules. I like to send photos or messages with updates when house sitting - if you're comfortable with that.
I'm currently renting, so am always looking for more ways to spend time with some furry amigos. I'm comfortable around all animals, having owned dogs, cats and rabbits - let me help you care for yours.
I'm also a keen vege and general plant gardener and am happy to help out in picking up mail and watering your gardens for you.

Dea was an absolute godsend. I was away for two weeks and my husband was home but in the final month of his PhD thesis. Dea came and collected Molly every day, and sat her for the day, bringing her back cheerful and very well exercised in the evening. Dea took care of feeding Molly and making sure that all her needs were met. This meant that I could go away secure in the knowledge that no matter how distracted my husband was with work, Molly was well looked after. Dea is a kind, conscientious, and hardworking sitter who not only cared for Molly but gave her the love that I would have if I was there! She took Molly to a range of places, (including to see the snow) and regularly posted photos so I could see my wee dog was well and happy. I could not recommend Dea more. This was a big ask and she totally stepped up to the plate. Her communication was excellent at all times, She is completely trustworthy and a person I would be very glad to recommend to any on Pawshake who are looking for a lovely person to look after their pets and their home.
