Hey!!

My name is Ella and I was born and raised in Auckland, New Zealand. I am absolutely obsessed with all animals and have owned a range of pets whilst growing up. These include multiple cats, dogs, rabbits, guinea pigs, and fish.

I have been house sitting for a couple years now and really enjoy it! Throughout these years I've looked after your typical pets such as dogs, cats, etc. However, in addition to this I've also looked after more uncommon pets like goats, chickens, horses, highland cattle, and even alpacas.

Although I genuinely love all animals, I do have a particular interest for dogs. In fact, I work in the canine industry as a Dog Handler for a dog walking company. I do 1 on 1 walks with individual dogs, as well as pack-walks involving up to 20 dogs at a time! Consequently I have tons of experience with all types of dogs. I am familiar with various dog training techniques, have experience with behavioural problems, and have also worked with rescue pets and animals with disabilities. I am constantly surrounded by dogs of all shapes and sizes with a range of personalities, behaviour types, and needs/requirements.

The services I am offering through Pawshake:

- House sitting ($85 per night)

I am interested in offering house-sitting services and providing for any pets you own if need be! This includes feeding, walking, and simply caring for your fur babies whilst you are away. I want to ensure that your home is safe and secure whilst you're gone! Although I have house-sat all throughout Auckland, my initial preference would be to housesit for people and families located near me (West Auckland) especially if we are talking long term stays. However, I am willing to travel a bit if you are only needing me to house sit for a couple nights.

- Dog walking ($40 per walk) + ($10 for each additional dog)

Need someone to come and walk your dog? I can help with that. I have experience in dog walking, and really enjoy it! I currently live out West in Titirangi and would prefer to walk dogs that are somewhat local. However, I am able to travel a bit if necessary.

- 1 Home visit ($50)

I am also willing to drop in and visit your pet throughout the day. Whether this includes a quick visit or spending the day with them, I can help. I understand that some dogs have separation anxiety and therefore can't be left alone at home for long periods of time. Thats where I come in to keep your dog company allowing you to go to work without any worries!
