I'm a 29-year-old adventurer, rooted in the scenic beauty of Taranaki, New Zealand. Recently, I took the leap, bidding farewell to a seven-year career as a civil engineer to chase my true passion: conservation. Currently, I'm savoring the luxury of a mid-life retirement - a blissful hiatus between two professions. This gives me the gift of time to surf, hike, and explore the breathtaking landscapes of New Zealand, and when the stars align, to share my days with beloved furry companions.

I absolutely love and adore cats. I grew up with a tuxedo feline and a wild Bengal, who taught me the art of cat ownership. The Bengal, in particular, acquainted me with administering all sorts of medications, from pills to liquids. He was the fussiest and sneakiest cat I've ever known, so I'm confident that I can handle any special needs your cat may have.I've been the trusted caregiver for the cats of friends and family in different corners of the globe. In London, I cared for Basil, a very vocal three-legged ginger for five days. In Australia, I undertook a three-week cat and dog-sitting extravaganza, looking after Binks, a shy Bengal, Beans, a deaf yet extraordinarily affectionate white cat, Rocky the dachshund, and Cleo the German Shepherd.

Throughout my life, I've embraced different places, quickly forming bonds with both humans and animals. My numerous cat-owning flatmates can vouch for this. I am a very neat and organised person, so you can rest assured that your home also, will be impeccably maintained under my care.
