Hello! I have recently completed my Bachelor of Science degree with a double major in psychology and criminology at Victoria University of Wellington. While my academic pursuits are geared towards understanding human behaviour, my passion for animals has always been an integral part of my life, which is why I'm so motivated to be a pet sitter.

My journey as a pet lover began at a young age when I welcomed a cat into my life at the tender age of 3. Since then, I've had the pleasure of sharing my home with a furry friend, including my beloved dog from the age of 10. These experiences have forged a deep and unwavering bond between me and our four-legged companions. I adore them more than words can express, and this affection is what drives me to provide exceptional pet-sitting services.

Recently, I had the opportunity to dog-sit for my brother, who has just adopted a new puppy. During this time, I not only cared for the puppy but also took on the role of a dedicated trainer. I successfully taught him essential commands like sitting, waiting, toilet training, crate training, and even mealtime etiquette. It was a rewarding experience to watch the puppy grow and learn, and it reinforced my desire to work closely with pets.

My motivation to be a pet sitter goes beyond my personal love for animals. I genuinely believe that pets are family members deserving of the utmost care, attention, and love. As a pet sitter, I am committed to providing pet owners with peace of mind, knowing that their beloved companions are in safe and capable hands. I am versatile in my services and am willing to accommodate various needs, ensuring that your pet received the specific care they require. I am flexible in my hours, able to look after your pets in the morning, afternoon, evening, and even over night if you need! I am confident to minister oral medication to your pets and practice training with them. If I am staying in your home, I'm able to stay for as long as you need up to about a week (can be negotiated). I'll also be able collect your mail and water plants if necessary. I offer long walks, on the beach, in nature, or where ever you like!

One aspect that sets me apart is my willingness to care for unvaccinated pets. I understand that every pet has unique circumstances, and I am dedicated to accomodating those needs while maintaining the highest standards of safety and hygiene.
