 Hi 

I’m Sheryl a mature responsible pet lover available to care and cuddle your fur babies.  

Over the course of my children’s childhoods (now adults), we’ve had dogs,cats, birds, frogs, rabbits and fish! We currently still have three cats after having recently lost our beloved Monty (12-year-old Huntaway/Vizsla cross) a year ago and have made the decision not to get another dog due to the commitment it takes.

We have a fully fenced backyard with plenty of space for your doggo to run around if you prefer an in-home stay.  There is also a large front deck for them to watch the world go by and sheltered areas both front and back. 

Dogs are welcome inside the house and can sleep where they want. (If they have a special bed or blanket please bring it with you) There is also a comfy couch for those that are use to being allowed on the furniture.

***Please note that as we have three cats we can only board dogs who are ok with cats*** 

Large breed dogs need to be good on the lead to qualify for dog boarding or house-sitting stays. 

Although I’ll be primarily doing the care, my husband, Paul works from home so helps out with daytime care, and is a back up with other services. 

I am clean, tidy and reliable. Happy to water plants, although I don’t profess to be green fingered!  

I live in New Lynn and work (7:30-3:30) in Mt Albert four days a week, for drop in services my preferred  areas are Blockhouse Bay/Avondale/NewWindsor/ Titirangi/Glen Eden etc) I am happy to travel outside of these areas for house-sitting. 

I'm happy to provide photos and videos of your pets while you are away.  

I have been working with Pawshake for almost a year and have enjoyed meeting lots of new furry friends.
