Hi There!

We are both in our thirties, one New Zealander one New Yorker and keen to look after your furry friends and your plant babies. We got into petsitting mainly for the cuddles, and even more so after our old dog Andy passed away earlier this year. We have pet and house sat for a few years now and both have had/ been around animals, for most of our lives.

It is important to us that your pet feels safe and as happy as possible, so you don't have to worry and can enjoy your time away! We are more than happy to discuss any concerns you may have around your pets care or them feeling uncertain of a stranger in their home and work out a plan to put your mind at ease. We are very versed in administering medication (tablets, topical and injections) if required and are more than happy to discuss these with you and or learn how to support them while you are away. We love animals of all shapes and sizes, and would love to spend our spare time with your pet!

We offer:

HOUSE VISITS
Either once or twice a day we will visit your home, feed your pet (or pets), sort out your household tasks and stay with your animals for 30 minutes - including a walk if required for your dog, cat or lizard to get some fresh air. Then locking up and setting alarms if required before we leave. We prefer single house visits in the evenings from Monday-Friday. Then more than happy to do two house visits on Saturday & Sunday.

HOUSE SITTING.
As well as everything included in the house visits, for our house sitting we will look after your home for as long as you are away, make sure that your animals and home are looked after and that everything is kept nice and tidy. We both work Monday through Friday but are free over the weekends for full-time care, just let us know what you need and we can make it work.

EMERGENCIES.
Our pets are like our children, and we understand how valuable it is to make sure they have the care they need. Should an emergency arise we are more than comfortable taking them to your preferred Vet or an emergency Vet if required and caring for them until you get back. We also have reliable transport and full driver's licences.

Please let us know if these options don't work for you and we can always work something out. We are based on the shore but work in town, so Northshore or CBD is preferable. Though fair warning that your pet will probably fall in love with Jeff in the first ten minutes.
