Fully fenced property, doggy swimming pool, park across road.
I owned and managed a doggy day care in Albany where I employed dog behaviourists, trainers and vet nurses. During the 5 years I had that business I learnt a lot from the team and doggy clients. As well as day care we offered off lead field trips to a private dog park, swimming, training and lots of other fun things. So I am very experienced with dogs, and for most of the 5 years we had dogs staying overnight at our personal house – we preferred to offer this to our clients than a traditional kennel environment.
I now work from home and would like to offer in-home boarding service to others. I know how hard it is to go away and worry if your dog is ok.
My house is fully fenced with a very high fence, I and am very well educated on dog requirements. My house is one level and has a ramp in so if your dog is older or injured it is ideal.
In summer your dog is welcome to swim in the doggy pool, there is a custom built ramp for easy access, and I always supervise them when they are in the pool, I can also teach them to swim if they are not confident – I was taught by a qualified dog hydro therapist. If your dog doesn’t swim it’s no problem – the gate is always locked so no safety issues there.
I am pet first aid certified, I have also nursed my dogs through medical things including TPLO's and cancer over the years, completing rehab and all the medical and extra care requirements that brings.
There is a park across the road so if your dog is ok with that we can go for walks.
I can also be available for short term doggy day care if needed.
I require a meet and greet before all stays.
Full refund if canceled before 12:00 p.m. 7 days before the booking, 50% refund afterward.

Our Golden Retriever had a ball of a time with Leanne. He was at his own resort, enjoying daily swims, rests and play. We will definitely look to Leanne in the future.
We could not have asked for better care for Pip as she recovered from surgery. She had special exercises and massages. Thank you Leanne for looking after her so well.
