I've always loved animals, dogs in particular but I grew a love of cats after moving to New Zealand from the UK and living with family who have 2 lovely cats who I now regularly pet sit. Since joining Pawshake I have looked after various breeds and ages of dogs/ cats from puppies to seniors! Previous to Pawshake I have 2 families who I have been pet sitting for regularly over the past 4 years, usually for a week or more at a time. I've always had great feedback from this and take my responsibility for their care very seriously. I've also had other pet sitting experience through a stint with kiwi house sitters during my first year in New Zealand where I looked after both dogs and cats.

I always make sure to communicate with owners through sending updates and checking in if I have any concerns, I do both leashed and off the leash walks in suitable areas depending what the owner prefers, the beach being my favourite! Happy to do both long and short walks.

I am currently available for walks/ home visits mornings between 8:30 and 12:30, evenings between 6:30 and 8, and anytime on weekends. For home visits I can visit from 15-30 mins depending on needs, up to 2 times a day. I can also bring in mail/ water plants.

I am available for housesitting/ pet sitting from 1 night - 2 weeks though longer housesits can be negotiated.

I can administer medications as per instructions from the owner, if necessary.

I currently work as a before/ after school care programme co-ordinator with children so being caring and responsible is what I do best. During school holidays I run a school holiday programme so my availability may vary.
