Rachel & Pete are animal lovers!
IN HOME PET CARE AT YOUR PLACE WHILE YOU HOLIDAY!
We are big dog owners with lots of experience owning dogs (in particular German Shepherds) as well as caring for pets (previously owned three cats who all lived to over 16 years).
Keep your animal safe and happy - at your place. Less stress and the usual surroundings.
We also offer a free meet and greets if you are interested in booking.
Rachel works from home and husband Pete is semi retired. We live on our several acre piece of paradise, up the hill, in Mapua.
We have two well socialised German Shepherds who are 9 and 4 years old. They were regular doggy daycare visitors when we previously lived in Auckland. We know what it's like to have one high energy dog and one with injuries.
We understand all the needs of pets and will be respectful, careful and caring while in your home. We can carefully manage any necessary medications also.
Happy to care for your pets in your home (all days available).
Home Based Care if you are away:
While you're away we can:
⭐️Feed your pets (you leave the food & we follow your instructions)
⭐️Administer any medication to pets
⭐️Refresh any litter trays if you have a cat also
⭐️Provide plenty of love, chats and cuddles!
⭐️Ensure pets have plenty of fresh water
⭐️Collect the mail and any papers and put out/bring in the rubbish/recycling
⭐️Water any needy plants
You’ll get regular 'rest easy' text or email updates so you can sit back, relax and enjoy your time away, knowing your pet is being pawfectly looked after 🤣
Yes, we do home visits to look after animals in your own home if you are away (Mapua, Ruby Bay, Upper Moutere, Mahana areas preferred).
