I am new around here (so keen to make friends!) and am working full time as an engineer. I have been doing this since pre-Pawshake, and I'd love to have my own pets but need to relocate/travel around the country for work, that is why I am unable to have my own. I have regulars from Christchurch, Wellington and Kapiti region (as that's where I lived). Absolutely love animals! Growing up with dad, who's also an animal lover, we rescued a lot of wild animals and also kept a variety of pets ourselves such as frogs, monitor lizards, snakes, spiders, fishes, gold fishes, dogs, cats, hamsters, birds, turtles, etc.

I am most experienced in working with dogs and cats and have a good reputation for training dogs. Maybe not as great as the dog whisperer Cesar Millan but definitely better than most people. I enjoy hanging out with pets, cuddling them, training them or just chill together lying on the couch, giving them scratches. For dog-sitting, if you want me to drive your pet(s) to the park for a swim, big walks, I am able to do that as well with a car provided. I am able to drive a manual car as well, so that wouldn't be a problem ;)

Animals are just awesome and I am happy to work with pets of any size and character. If you have exotic pets, it will be good to give me clearer instructions on how to take good care of them.

Being apart from your beloved pets can be difficult, I know. That's why I will do my best to accommodate your needs, such as taking photos of them and sending it to you, talking to them, etc. Plus, I always leave your house clean and tidy, bedsheets stripped, things put away to where they were, to welcome back to your clean house! :D I understand that the charges are on the higher end, but you get better service, and it's worth it.
