I'm 32 and work from home with flexible hours, so I can be available as needed to walk and feed your fur babies.

I have two fur babies: a cat, Bonnie, who is 13, and a dog, Violet, who is 4. Both were rescues and are now living a very lush life being spoilt with love. Violet is a very playful but a gentle and sensitive girl, so any play dates, sleepovers and walking buddies must be the right fit for her.

I love the idea of pet sitting because I know from experience how hard it is to leave your precious fur babies when you go away. I'd love to be able to give you peace of mind knowing your pets are safe and loved so you can enjoy your time worry-free. 

Services for Cats

Feeding:
For your cats, I am available to pop around for meal times, once or twice daily and can also make sure they are inside at night if they have a curfew. 

Services for Dogs

Walking:
I am available for dog walking (only one dog at a time), provided your pup and my dog get along. My preference is to take them on a short walk together first during our meet and greet to give them a proper and safe introduction. 

The walk will be approximately one hour for your dog. We have a beautiful estuary walk nearby, and we usually walk around there as there is a lot to sniff and explore! There is also a quiet off-lead dog park if your dog is okay with other dogs. We have a couple of long lines that allow freedom and safety for your dog if you are happy for me to use those on our walks in the quiet, open areas away from other dogs.

Day Stays/Sleepovers:
During my work-from-home hours, I am able to offer a place for your dog to come hang out with our dog, again, provided they get along and become besties. We have a small, fully fenced backyard, but we are a one-minute walk from a lovely estuary walk with lots of good smells! We take Violet twice a day for a walk around the estuary.

*Dogs must be okay with cats. For the safety of my dog I can only take fully vaccinated dogs.*

Home Visits:
Because of my work's flexibility, if you require someone to be home with your pets during the day, I can bring my laptop and work from home. This is particularly suitable for pets who need to be kept a close eye on or cannot be left alone for long periods, e.g. post-surgery or injury. I am happy to administer medication, both oral and injection. I am unable to stay overnight at this stage.

Basic Command Training:
While looking after your dog, I can offer basic command training (sit, stay, leave it, down, place, come) and some fun tricks, too (touch, spin, shake, fetch, etc.). Please note that I am not a qualified trainer, and these are commands I have successfully taught our dog.
